Yes, Bee-Kleen is open and operating as usual. Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance services are considered essential to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and critical operations of homes and businesses. According to the Amended Public Health Order and Governor's Executive Orders, these services are crucial to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

Due to the current high demand for cleaning and disinfecting services, we are prioritizing customer requests and doing our best to accommodate everyone. We are closely following updates from the city of Colorado Springs, El Paso County, and the State of Colorado to ensure we are in compliance with all safety protocols.


Does Bee-Kleen Offer Special Cleaning and Disinfecting Services to Help Curb COVID-19?

Yes, we do! Bee-Kleen follows the CDC’s Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection Recommendations, which include:

  • For soft surfaces like carpets, rugs, and drapes, we remove visible contamination and clean with appropriate cleaning agents.

  • While there is no direct evidence that COVID-19 is spread via soft surfaces, we take preventive measures to ensure thorough disinfection.


We offer hot water extraction steam cleaning along with the application of an EPA-registered industrial-strength disinfectant to provide an added layer of protection for your home.


What Precautions Does Bee-Kleen Take to Protect Customers and Employees?

At Bee-Kleen, we take several steps to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees:

  1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Our cleaning technicians wear disposable gloves, shoe covers, and masks (when appropriate) during each service.

  2. Sanitization of Equipment – We wipe down and disinfect all cleaning equipment between jobs to ensure that your home is not exposed to any contaminants.

  3. Social Distancing Practices – As a paperless and touchless company, we minimize in-person interactions:

    • Arrival Notifications – We text you when we arrive, avoiding physical contact and maintaining social distancing.

    • Digital Invoices – After your service is complete, we email or text you your invoice.

    • Contactless Payments – After sending the invoice, our technician will call you from their vehicle to collect payment information via phone.


These measures help us maintain a safe, efficient, and contact-free experience.
